Welcome to Merasus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our applications and services ("Services") provided by Merasus ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any third-party content accessed through our applications. For applications that modify or delete content on your device (such as Wipest), please review items carefully before confirming any permanent actions.
Some of our applications offer an optional account called Merasus ID. A Merasus ID lets you sign in on multiple devices and preserves your subscription state across participating Merasus apps. Creating or using a Merasus ID is entirely optional; our applications can be used without one.
Participating apps as of May 2026: PaperNest, Wipest. AREZTV does not currently use Merasus ID.
By creating or signing in to a Merasus ID, you agree that:
Account Suspension or Termination: We may suspend or terminate a Merasus ID that engages in fraud, chargeback abuse, circumvention of trial eligibility, or any material violation of these Terms. Where practicable, we will notify you before or shortly after any such action.
Account Deletion: You can delete your Merasus ID at any time from within the app (Settings > Account > Delete Account). Upon deletion, your personal information is anonymized on our servers. Transaction and subscription records may be retained as required by law. Deleting your Merasus ID does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To stop future charges, you must also cancel the subscription through the app store that processed it (Apple or Google).
AREZTV is a media player application that allows you to:
Content Disclaimer: AREZTV does not include any built-in content. All media URLs and account details are provided by you. We have no affiliation with any streaming service or content provider.
Your Responsibility: You must ensure that you have legal authorization to access any content you play through AREZTV. We are not responsible for how you use the application.
PaperNest is a document management application that allows you to scan, store, organize, and convert documents on your device, with optional on-device AI features.
Local-First: Your documents, scans, and OCR text are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your files.
Document Conversion: When you choose to convert a document, only the file you select is transmitted securely to our server for processing. The file is deleted immediately after conversion is complete. No files are ever sent without your explicit action. While we strive for high-quality conversions, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of converted documents.
On-Device AI Features: PaperNest offers optional AI-powered features (document classification, tagging, OCR correction, and document chat) that run entirely on your device. These features require downloading an AI model file (approximately 400 MB to 1.2 GB) which may use significant bandwidth, including cellular data if Wi-Fi is unavailable. You will be notified before any large download over cellular data. AI-generated results may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI-generated information for important decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
Biometric App Lock: PaperNest offers an optional biometric lock feature. Biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system. We never access, process, or store your biometric data.
Cloud Sync: PaperNest offers optional cloud sync via iCloud Drive or Google Drive. When enabled, your documents are uploaded to your own cloud storage account. We do not store your documents on our servers. You are responsible for managing your cloud storage space and account security. We are not responsible for data loss or unauthorized access resulting from your cloud account being compromised. You can disable cloud sync at any time from the app settings.
Optional Merasus ID Premium: PaperNest offers an optional auto-renewing subscription under the Merasus ID ecosystem. When active, Merasus ID Premium provides ongoing services including unlimited cloud sync across devices, advanced on-device AI processing, priority server-side document conversion, early access to new features, and cross-app premium entitlement in other participating Merasus apps as they launch. The core document management experience (scanning, OCR, local storage, search, and offline viewing) remains available without a subscription. See Section 5 for subscription terms.
Subscription Conversion Attribution: PaperNest sends two events, one when a subscription purchase succeeds and one when a free trial begins, to Firebase Analytics (Google) and the Meta SDK so we can measure whether our paid advertising campaigns are converting. The app does not display advertisements and does not track in-app behavior. On iOS, the IDFA is only accessed if you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Full details, including what is and is not sent and how to opt out, are described in our Privacy Policy.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the documents you store, sync, and convert using PaperNest, and for verifying any AI-generated classifications or information. We are not responsible for how you use the application.
Wipest is a photo gallery cleaning application that allows you to:
Photo Deletion Disclaimer: When you swipe left to delete a photo or video, the item is moved to a deletion queue. The app displays this deletion queue so you can review all marked items before confirming the final deletion. Once you confirm, the selected items are permanently removed from your device's photo library. Deleted photos may not be recoverable unless your device or cloud backup service (such as iCloud or Google Photos) retains a copy. We are not responsible for any unintended deletion of photos or videos.
On-Device Processing: All photo analysis, including blur detection and similar photo identification, is performed entirely on your device. No photos or analysis data are transmitted to any server. The accuracy of blur detection and similarity matching may vary. These features are provided as suggestions to help you organize your gallery, not as definitive assessments of photo quality.
iCloud Backup of Local Database (iOS only): Wipest periodically saves a snapshot of its own local database (scan results, reviewed photo IDs, preferences, statistics) to your private iCloud container so that your scan progress can be restored after reinstall. Your photos and videos themselves are never copied or backed up by Wipest. We do not have access to this backup.
Optional Account and Subscription: Wipest can be used without any account, registration, or sign-in. Optionally, you may create a Merasus ID to subscribe to Merasus ID Premium and to keep your subscription state across devices and other participating Merasus apps. See the Merasus ID section above and Section 5 for subscription terms.
Optional Merasus ID Premium: Wipest offers an optional auto-renewing subscription under the Merasus ID ecosystem. When active, Merasus ID Premium removes cross-promotion cards from the swipe deck and grants premium access in other participating Merasus apps. The full photo cleaning experience (swipe review, blur and similar detection, batch delete, statistics, and notifications) remains available without a subscription.
Cross-Promotion Cards: Wipest occasionally shows small cards in the swipe deck introducing other Merasus apps. These cards are clearly labeled and do not affect your photos or scan results. Tapping a card may open another app's listing in the App Store or Play Store. Active premium subscribers do not see these cards.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing photos before confirming deletion. We recommend checking the deletion queue carefully before proceeding. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from your use of the application.
Some of our applications offer an optional auto-renewing subscription called Merasus ID Premium. Available plans may include weekly, and yearly options. Availability, pricing, and any trial offers are shown in the app prior to purchase and are set by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Merasus ID Premium provides ongoing services that are continuously delivered during the subscription term. Depending on the app, these may include:
The core functionality of each application (such as scanning, storage, search, and offline viewing in PaperNest; swipe review, blur and similar detection, and batch deletion in Wipest) remains available without a subscription. A subscription is not required to use our apps.
If a free trial is offered with a plan, it is generally available only to new subscribers and is subject to eligibility rules enforced by the app stores. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged at the standard rate. You can cancel the trial at any time before it ends through your device's subscription settings.
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are handled according to the respective store's refund policies:
We do not process refunds directly. For consumers located in the European Union or other jurisdictions where statutory cancellation rights apply, those rights continue to apply where required by law.
We may introduce new plans, change pricing, or modify offers. Existing subscriptions continue at the price you signed up for unless we give you notice of a price change in accordance with app store rules. If a price change applies to your subscription, the app store will notify you and, where required, request your explicit consent to continue.
Deleting your Merasus ID does not automatically cancel an active subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your Merasus ID. These are two separate actions. To stop future charges, you must cancel the subscription through the app store that processed it (Apple or Google) in addition to any account deletion you perform in the app.

is the property of Merasus and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our applications without our written permission.
Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Merasus from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
By You: You may stop using our Services at any time by uninstalling our applications.
By Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete it.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last modified" date and, for major changes, through in-app notifications.
Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
